|Description of the project:||25.000 m³|
Nordergründe is an offshore wind farm 12 km out in the North Sea. Our task for this project was to lay out erosion protection consisting of large coarse rock material around the existing monopiles of the windmills, as the existing seabed material was slowly disappearing.
Yet, at the same time we had to be careful of the existing power cables installed out to the windmill towers. We used Camilla Høj with the hydraulic machine. The stone material used came from Norway, and was loaded onto Camilla Høj out in the open sea.
